Ok. Chris wanted to see my different stages. 220 in the first, 170(23 year old pup) in the second, 205 in the third and my current of about 182 in the last. I can't find my pics of when I got to my lowest of ~160. Just imagine the 170 pic with 10 pounds less muscle. I started at a very soft 220 with very little muscle mass at age 19. I hope this will help motivate people.

BTW, the first pic here is after an injury I sustained in 2010. It was a sciatic nerve pinch while squatting. Took me out of the gym for a year or more.

A MAZING! I don't think you were a 'soft' 220nin the first pic. I can definitely see the underlying muscle - it's just not yet defined like the other pics. You look great in all four pics.! I'm stuck on picture 3 though. Even without the head shot it would be like "Bah BAM" Great job @Diablo360x

Great motivator that I'll happily take onboard. Thank you! Seeing 'now' pics put my mind into 'too high bar' mode and I just browse on by. Seeing where your love for building has brought you through the time make it seem more reachable. Like seeing the stairway up to the bar. Very early days for me. Primary focus is on feeding the body well, so it fools good. With that alone, using it is near automatic. Will see over time how this approach works out.
