Breakfast Meatballs
Low carb meatballs with pork, beef, cheddar, egg and onion that are perfect for a meaty breakfast or any meal.
Bahan-bahan
Cara memasak
- Pre-heat oven to 350° F (175° C).
- Combine all ingredients and pepper to taste in a bowl, and mix thoroughly.
- Roll into 1 1/2" balls or drop by spoonfuls onto a cooking sheet.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Makes 50 to 60 meatballs.
- Note: freezes well for later use.

Easy to make, freezes well. I'm going to try substituting FF Mozzarella and Feta for the Cheddar cheese, and add some lamb seasoning, then serve in a pita.

Made them a little different, used 1 lb hot pork sausage, 1 lb hamburger and only 2 eggs. They turned out great. Yummy. Will make them again (and again). Thanks for the recipe!

If the fat is a reduced sausage, lean ground beef, reduced fat cheese and egg beaters, great flavor still and much reduction in fat possible

This is ok, but I thought it was too much cheddar cheese in this recipe. The cheese makes it too salty for my taste. I froze them and used them a little at a time,but this is not something I will make often, if ever again.
