The cut is finally coming back! Still cant get under 130 but I think measurements will be better at next visit to nutritionist. Have lifted heavy and going to gym 6 days a week. Ive also started including a 20 min cardio workout before bodypump.

In fact I start on elliptical, move to treadmill, and end on bike just so I can finish cardio...I'm so ADD!😂 Buenita, as always, thank you! Love your support!💜💜. Justbananas, Thank you! I've adjusted eating to include cleaner foods and also adjusted my workouts to include more cardio, while still doing maximum weightlifting.

Magiscancook, thank you! It took awhile but I'm back!!💪💜. jeje, it's a lot of shoulders, bicep and tricep work. 💪💜 Katsolo, I didn't notice what she was doing...lol. I took this picture after chest workout and it was a doozy. She is actually pretty strong.
