Back to the same weight as when I started. Same but different. In looks and health. Felt very unhealthy back then at this weight. So really working out contributes a lot to your health, I’m basically back to eating close to the same things as I did

Thanks everyone! And for anyone struggling to control their eating, if you’re consistently working out. You’re still bettering yourself. Albeit doing both would be better. But just working out consistently contributes a lot!

What are some good shoes for walking? Every pair of shoes I buy tend to feel like concrete after a few weeks.

I buy ASICS and in a pinch NEW BALANCE. But I almost always switch out the insoles for good arch supports. I also buy shoes that re at least 1/2-1 size longer than my normal everyday shoes. You don’t want your toes jamming against the end of the shoe repeatedly if you are doing hills or faster, extended walks.
