This is a collage that my nutritonist made for a media blast she is doing. She is highliting my story. Ive never posted myself at my heaviest, which was 192. Im 128ish now. I was so unhappy and unhealthy then and feel better than ever now. It can be done!

I love this!! Also, what I think is great is that you did it and lost the weight. I think a lot of times we can blame it on our age or menopause, but it just plain takes hard work! I also think it is great they are using your story because this can be done at any age. You are a great role model!
