I went to Dr yesterday. I have a trapezuis muscle strain, a thoratic sprain, and neck sprain. Typical injuries from a car accident. I was not in car accident..he also mentioned Lyme disease as we were camping but I don't have bullseye rash. He gave me muscle relaxer, steroids for the swelling, and need massage therapy. Also got a list of stretches to do. Did neck stretches last night and was awake most of night cuz neck hurt Soo bad. I just want to return to the gym. He did say I could go back next week if I only use body weight and bands and no shoulder or back workouts. So basically it will be leg day everyday! Thanks for all of you who expressed concern and made suggestions. 💜💜💜

@fritzy, I do not know. I wasn't really working out with weights etc, as we were on vaca. It's a mystery...

Oh that is just rotten. I am glad you could get in and get some help. Hopefully the tension will ease soon and pain will too. I am so so sorry. I hope it is just a bad memory soon. ❤️

It's crazy how much you don't realize you use your neck until you have pain there. Hope you are better soon.

Did you row in a canoe or kayak? My friend hurt herself doing that on vacation. I’m sorry you’re in pain. Sending you healing vibes ~~~~~ 🌈

@gibjig and twotoned, I didn't do either. I was on vacation so I hiked and rode my mountain bike. No lifting weights etc. Never crashed or fell... It's a weird n freaky thing...
