ok...time to get back on track! 😳Too much anniversary/4th of July festivities..gonna do IF this morning and carb cycling today.
62,4 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 7,9 kg.    Sisa: 2,5 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

826 kkal Lemak: 26,14g | Prot: 80,91g | Karb: 67,41g.   Makan Pagi: Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice Cocktail,  Fried Egg without Fat,  Parmesan Cheese (Shredded),  Coffee with Skim Milk. Makan Siang: Tre Stelle Feta Cheese, Skinnygirl Raspberry Vinaigrette Salad Dressing, Skinless Chicken Breast,  Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types) ,  Cherry Tomatoes. Makan Malam: Great Value Corn on The Cob, Pork Loin (Tenderloin). Camilan/Lainnya:  Cherry Tomatoes,  Yellow Sweet Peppers ,  Carrots,  Cucumber,  Diana's Protien plus bars. lagi...

@liv, thx. I am pretty disciplined so I should be ok. It's alittle more challenging bwhile on vacation...going on a 5 mile hike today.

You have it sorted! I'm in the same place with a few too many celebrations lately! 😁 Feast or famine has been too frequent for me in order to stay in "maintenance" the last few weeks.
