Went to nutritionist yesterday. I am pleased with measurements. The bicep and thighs are slightly up but its a muscle gain so thats good. Always wish waist was lower but Im happy its not higher. Feel good about workouts, did 80 pushups yesterday! Im sore!

Awesome work on 80 pushups!! I could not do that so yes you are a building muscle machine! My wrists bother me so do you have a method to do the pushups so that my wrists would not hurt? You and I are just struggling on that same waist thing!!! Uggh! Does your nutritionist say if there is anything to do for that?

Redporch, asI told Liv, full disclosure: I only managed about 35 on my toes. Maybe 40 but rest were on my knees. I did a video where every third exercise were pushups. She did regular pushups, reverse pushups, diamond pushups, caterpillar pushups, half pushups, pulsing pushups, tricep pushups, etc .. I too have issues with my wrists but when broken up like this it wasn't bad. As for smaller waist, my nutritionist says it's all diet. I'm dedicated lately to my WOE and have been doing really good.

BadJujugirl, you click on the person then it goes to their profile it will have three dots on the right side up and down click on those and it will ask (report user?) and temporary remove all posts from the thread which I did until they can review the person and the thread. then they will make a choice on whether or not to remove the person and their post permanently from the thread and the site. I have temporarily reported the person that you mentioned they will now review them and decide what to do about it. But this is the process if you wish to do it in the future.

Diana I have not been sticking to my WOE for close to 3 weeks now. I try for about half the day. Tomorrow I am going to Red Robin for lunch. Maybe I'll do good starting Friday.
