Arms starting to take shape. I’m not surprised now why doing 450+ lbs deads got me seeing darkness. This was only 365 and it spiked my heart rate to 160 at 2 reps 😂

Yep, heavy leg pressing to failure was doing that for me to where I averaged 140 for the whole workout going from lift to lift. Split squats too. Those are one of the few lifts that make me sweat. Looking great, man! 💪🏽
