Well going to gym for 1st time in 27 days was exactly what I thought it would be..challenging! I started out light, did triceps, biceps, and back. I can usually row with 35-45lb weights but 27.5 was all I could do. Also did treadmill. 1st day done!

1011 kkal Lemak: 40,37g | Prot: 127,00g | Karb: 36,47g.   Makan Pagi: Premier Nutrition High Protein Shake - Vanilla, Sports Research Collagen Peptides, Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, Coffee. Makan Siang: Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Boiled Egg, Skotidakis Feta Cheese, Skinless Chicken Breast, Skinnygirl Balsamic Vinaigrette , Strawberries, Mixed Salad Greens. Makan Malam: Broccoli , Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten). Camilan/Lainnya: Dcm choc chip bars, Yellow Sweet Peppers, Cucumber, Radish, Baby Carrots, Peanut Butter, Celery . lagi...

The first day/week back is tough. It feels good to get back at it after the fatigue goes away. Keep it up!

Tud, I was very fatigued but I endured. About 1/2 way through the endorphins kicked in and I actually felt that rush but it disappeared as fast as it came. I did 10 min treadmill, 2sets/ 12 reps on each of the following, 12.5 lb hammer curls, 12.5 bicep curls with a shoulder press, 12.5 bicep curls, 12.5 tricep kick back, 12.5 lb overhead tricep extensions, tricep dips, bodyweight, 27.5 lb back rows, 27.5 lb deadlifts, 30lb bar clean and press. I also did a set of ab workout. Crunches, full situps with ball, crisscross crunches, plank with a knee tap, and held plank 1.5 min.✅💪

Otb, thanks! It is a start and honestly that's more important. I had to force myself back to gym which is so weird to me as lifting has always been my favorite thing to do...as for shoes..great for weightlifting as they give lots of support to ankles but I wouldn't do cardio in these, not enough give or cushion. Really comfortable though!👍

Sound like a pretty complete workout to me. And your foot looks super healthy😂. It will come back strong as you get back to feeling 100%

Hahaha well it starts with the feet .. moves up to the ankles … then we get the leg … and pretty soon we get the whole Diana!

Livinbreezy and Morticia, thanks! 💜 Katsolo, I was huffing and puffing too! Eventually that will go away but then you'll need to add more weight and we start all over again! 💪 Red porch, I did find I had more energy after my workout. I came home and washed kitchen/ dining room floors!💪💜

Really appreciate it!💜 66 pak, I'm back there again today, full body workout planned. 💪 Cheesegobbler, thanks, I felt more energetic after gym so that was a plus! I also walked my neighborhood in the afternoon,about a mile but probably won't do that today as it's supposed to be very windy....💜💪
