Went to nice dinner at Salt Grass Steakhouse with my wonderful husband. And yes I had a glass of wine. I adjusted macros to include it. I had a ribeye, side salad, and broccoli. Its all about balance!

JB, thank you. I like the gray most of the time and I like it long but every once in awhile I think about coloring it again...Joe hardly ever smiles in pictures..lol.😀. Mainecoon, Matt, thank you! It was a great date night!💜 Kickthefat, it was pretty good. Steak was cooked MR perfectly, the broccoli was steamed but still a bit firm, but salad wasn't great. Mine had a piece of core in it..still a good experience though. 👍

Kenna, thank you so much! 💜Swayman, we did have a really nice time! 👍Redporch, You are right! We have to have balance and I rarely drink so I'm feeling ok about indulging. It was a lovely evening 💜otb, thanks💜 The knee is ok. I have started to do some stretching exercises to help as I noticed the ligament behind knee was getting tight. Probably from non movement.
