Upper body workout with my trainer. Im finally getting the definition I want in my back. I have been really concentrating on my workouts, making them count and pushing myself. Not bad for a almost 65 year old woman...

Livinbreezy, I've read your posts and I can relate to your food woes. It so hard to know what will work best for each one of us. I actually do my best when I go low carb, medium fat, and high protein. And no processed is a definite game changer for my health issues. But..( here it comes) it's hard to maintain that kind of eating long term and for me it gets to the point where all I'm thinking about is food..( example: what to eat, when to eat, how much to eat ..) I felt like it wasn't healthy mentally for me so now I'm just trying to find that balance. It's a work in progress I've decided to focus more on my workouts and it's working for me. I hope you are able to find that balance as well. As always, thanks for your support and I'm here to support you as well!💜💪

p$m, obt, and Joe not exotic, thanks for the support and the nice comments. I'm trying really hard to build my back muscles. I have naturally strong leg muscles so body pump gets those working but I need to focus more on upper body. It's all a work in progress!💪💪
