Was definitely the sodium...I panicked for nothing...again....😝

It's still a nice quick loss! You are so impressive doing so good while on vacation. With me, it's an excuse to have fish and chips and get ice cream, etc. Stuff I don't usually have at home.

Fritzy, I work so hard at home to build my muscle mass and then we go go away and it usually goes to hell. I was determined this time to not let that happen. If we go away for a week I'm ok with letting loose but we usually go for at least 2 weeks to a month. This trip is a month long. Plus if I continue to work out I can splurge at bit and have foods I don't usually have. Now I just need to not panick when I gain a few lbs...I'm still working on that...💜

As for losing muscle, have hubby install a chin-up in or outside the camper. Chin-ups/pullups, pushups … is plenty to maintain upper body. 💪💪

You are doing great. I don’t weigh myself very often. Don’t really care about my weight. I care about my measurements and how I fit into my clothes. Hope this helps so you don’t worry so much about it because you look fabulous. 👏🌺

Sk, great idea! I do bring weights and we hike a lot too👍 navywife, ovrw8, Mainecoon, redporchlady, buenita, nosequepingo, thanks for always supporting me!💜 Golfmarina unfortunately I am in a slump where weight is high on my list. I need to get some balance in that area. I used to need to be this bad. Gotta work on it!💜
