Must've been water weight gain yesterday.cuz I'm back down today... Had the best workout yesterday. Lifted my heaviest yet! Shoulders and biceps/triceps are sore today. Eating a complex carb at night is working for me. I have lots of energy the next morning for my workouts! Today I'm working out with trainer..I hope she does legs ! 💜👍💪

Complex Carbs definitely seems to help give me energy for my workouts as well. I usually have banana and peanut butter or powdered PB. Or a half sandwich w Dave’s Killer Sprouted bread thin sliced.

Speaking of PB and banana, I made PB and banana loaf bread today. The recipe looked great. Oddly it had zero taste. Couldn’t taste either the PB or the banana. There was sufficient amount of each that they should both be forward tasting. I threw it away. Not wasting calories on something you don’t even taste. Really weird. So I’m still thinking about that wonderful duo.

Thanks everyone! Bmaxx, my trainer had me do legs today, but did include full body in between leg exercises. She had me huffing and puffing! It was a good workout.

Kenna, I'm not a huge banana fan but I do enjoy banana bread! I do love peanut butter though! I usually have a tablespoon with some celery or an apple every day as I have a hard time meeting my fat gram goals. Believe it or not, growing up in Germany I did not like peanut butter. We rarely ate it but did eat a lot of Nutella, which was Germany's peanut butter...Peanut butter was my go to pregnancy craving ng and have been hooked ever since!💜👍
