Katsolo, It seems like I'll have a balanced dinner and 1/2 hour later I'm ravenous! I start eating fruit, then carbs, then candy..I could say it's hubby's fault for having junk in RV but he does it at home and I'm ok...maybe I'll try to grab a protein snack instead of sweet stuff...no fun but we will see if it works..I'm getting so frustrated!

you're not alone. that was me last night... I had granola. I measured it, but I don't usually eat cereal later in the evening. I try and use it as just a topping on stuff. on the positive side, I was craving oatmeal cookies, so the granola was a win.

Cherries are good for me, grapes are a no no and water melon is the best. I no longer want snacks after dinner (for the time being) :-)
