Down another 1/2 pound this morning! Two days of losses in a row! WOOHOO. I'm baaaaack! Made Chicken Marsala in my new Instant Pot. It was very good. The long-grain rice I also made was a little chewy, but I'm getting the hang of it. Will have my little grandson today, so I'll have slightly more activity - at least I will be leaving the house. My Keto test strips arrived last night after I went to bed. Didn't know it until AFTER I had peed this morning. Don't know if you have to use them first thing in the morning or if you can do it any time during the day. Guess I'll find out when I read the instructions. It will be good to find out if I'm actually in Ketosis! Only been doing Keto for two full days now -- might be too soon to tell.
