HOORAY! I'm in "optimal" ketosis 4.0! It only took me two days to get here. I thought it might take longer than that. Anybody know what to do if I end up in "high" ketosis to get it back down without knocking me out of ketosis altogether?

You will not end up in high ketosis. But if you worry .... carbs... would knock you down quick enough

And also a high number may indicate that you need to drink a bit more water
