Now I'm trying to eat fat, protein and very looooooow intake of carb (and any form of sugar) every-single-day. I love chocolate very much so that's the price I have to pay. But since I found a sugar-free chocolate (consist of veg fat, cacao powder, maltitol, soy lecithin and a hint of vanilla flavor) my life seems brighter :) sometimes I eat fruits too but not too much. Biar hepi hatiku.
The excercises I do for a week (I take a gym membership btw):
Monday: PT session consist of so much squats, leg press, lunges, weight training and so on.
Tuesday: Body pump and Body combat
Wednesday: PT session, same as Monday
Thursday: Body pump and Body combat
Friday: off, because it's FRI-YAAAAY
Saturday: Body pump and Body combat
Sunday: off karena hari Minggu harinya Tuhan
My body pump instructor once said:
"If you wanna get the result, add the plates. I know this is heavy, so close your eyes and shout that F word in your heart and keep going. I'm with you so don't worry"
