I did an upper body workout today at campground gym. Heaviest weights they had were 15 #s. Made due, just did more reps. Amazing how fast you lose muscle! I just hope muscle memiry will kick in!

Great determination working around the Injury 👍 can't wait to get back to the weights tonight I haven't lifted in a full week 😫

Otb, it felt good but I can certainly tell I've lost muscle mass. I've also been in an eating binge. I only weigh twice a week but my guess is I'm up about 5#s. Can't do any cardio so that's not helping. Any suggestions?💪

When you get back to your regular gym. Could you hit the punching bag or use the battle ropes (could even do it seated)? Both great cardio with arms only.

Beast mode without being an actual beast. You’re too pretty but I wouldn’t arm wrestle you either.

It’s so hard, I have a torn meniscus as well. I have been doing strengthening exercises so stress is off knee, it’s not helping

The saying muscle has memory is true, with your work ethic you will back to your old self in no time! Hope the knee feels better! 👍🏻💪🏻

I had torn meniscus, years later I just don’t have knees, dr wanted two knee replacements which I said no…I work at kennel 7 days a week. Maybe when I retire one day— I walk 6-8 miles daily. Sucked for gym, but I did hip abductor machine on thighs sideways and that helped. Obviously not in position to bend knee— not sure if you know what I mean. I’ll see if I can find a pic to message you.

You go girl! You look awesome and nothing wrong with 15# for overhead with a lot of reps. That is a hard to do even without an injury. The ropes is a good idea like OTB said.
