Had 6 vials of blood drawn today. They told me not to work out, which I didn't but I now have a raging migraine! I'm drinking lots of water but today's eating plan is a no go. I am too nauseous! Ugh!!

Diana123– you know the drill, get outside every day for 15-20 minutes when it warms up a bit so you can get some arm and leg exposure

Kenna, good advice. A bit cold yet here in desert but will do! I guess it's a common deficiency in people with thyroid issues. Am interested to see thyroid levels as well as it could be a culprit with difficulty losing weight. Endocrinologist said level was a bit low 2xs ago but upped dosage and last time it was on point...don't really think that's it though.
