persecon thanks man appreciate it . And you absolutely can do this in the future it's all about making that first leap forward and than working on progressing from there. Both of these exercises can be done with body weight only and I can guarantee you do enough reps with just body weigh and your legs will be feeling the burn for day afterwards. Keep up all your work the results will come 💪 👍

JustBananas thanks I. Really looking forward to ski season to see what these trunks I've been building will do on the mountians. I always put YouTube videos of people doing tough mudders or spartan races on the TV as my motivation while I'm working out. Looks like they are doing a spartan race in this picture.
