Happy #Squat Saturday this set was lighter, deeper, and more reps than normal. I also expanded my gym once again to give me ample room to do lunges across the basement with a barbell on my back for that total leg day destruction.

persecon thanks man appreciate it . And you absolutely can do this in the future it's all about making that first leap forward and than working on progressing from there. Both of these exercises can be done with body weight only and I can guarantee you do enough reps with just body weigh and your legs will be feeling the burn for day afterwards. Keep up all your work the results will come 💪 👍

JustBananas thanks I. Really looking forward to ski season to see what these trunks I've been building will do on the mountians. I always put YouTube videos of people doing tough mudders or spartan races on the TV as my motivation while I'm working out. Looks like they are doing a spartan race in this picture.

Avocado Tea, Retta Smith thanks appreciate it! For soem more inspiration If you look close enough you can see Mrs OTB behind me in the squat rack doing calf raises with the hex bar before she started her deadlifts for the day.

Bopuc that they are it's amazing I'm willing doing them now after all the forced body weight ones I had to do for Ice hockey and lacrosse back in HS yikes
