Bodypump with my fav instructor! Went to nutritionist yesterday. Weight was 127.8, biceps12.3, waist 30, thighs 21.3. She had some comments and advice about food choices last 2 weeks..but overall good. Im finally feeling strong again.

I'm trying hard to keep my diet in check and my fitness level high. I'm getting older and I admit it's hard but so worth the work!!💜💜💜💜
