progress pics top left was me around my heaviest years ago im guessing 235lbs at least. bottom left 1/3/22 200 lbs. right pics 8/3/22 150 lbs. the guy on the right looks alittle happier to me what do you think? Top right am pic right out of bed bottom right bloated pm pic before bed and after a workout lol .....unable to button size 36 waist pants in january now I'm wearing size 30s for the first time in my life.

Those are incredible results. Do you mind sharing what you’re doing to loose all that much weight? I have been doing CrossFit since March. I started going 3 days then a month later 4 days a week and now I have been going Monday through Friday (on my 3 week attending 5 days in a row) My weight was 210, I’m still at 201.1 lbs. I want to weight less but I’m stuck🙁

@capecodlatino the weight loss really starts in the kitchen its all about less fork curls rather than more bicep curls lol. ARE is right I track my Intake very closely and make sure I burn more than I take in. I also average 13k steps a day and lift weights on push pull legs split. If your not losing you probably aren't In. As much of a deficit as you might think you are. And I say this from experience. I haven't admitted this on here yet but it wasn't until last week when I got a new food scale that measures in grams that I realized how off my tracking had been even though I was completely Nordic about entering everything. All of my fruit entrys were drastically off I would juts pick the fruit regardless of its size only to find out alot of them were double and triple what I thought they were. I was also screwing up with all my meat entries I was weighting them and entering the correct weight but I was using the wrong entry for them and using the uncooked instead of cooked option. I recalculated some of my days and I was frequently over 600 calories off which wasnt a big deal in the beginning because I weighted more and burned more calories but now as I'm much leaner and don't burn as many calories at rest my weight loss has slowed drastically. I fully expect that to change now that I have gotten even more Nordic and weight and enter pretty much everything I eat in grams. I will be In cape cod for a week starting tommorow and was thinking about getting a week membership to a gym there . Maybe we can meet up at your crossfit gym.

@All_Pain_No_Gainz you got that right about the full time chest hair maintenance I'm part werewolf lol if I mow it down in the morning I'm sure to have a five o'clock shadow by the evening it's ridiculous.
