Yeah bigger drop than I expected 🙌🏾
I plan to 🏃🏾♂ run, in the morning, for the next two days.
I would love to see 168lbs by Saturday 😜👍🏾

@gz9gjg, @liv001, @HardDaysKnight - Thanks! I am really considering doing a 2 day water fast again on Monday. I like the 'motivation' that such dramatic drops provide, even when I know it is 95% 'water'.
