Saturday my mom and I got on the road early, stopping first to drop off boxes of donations.
Drove 3 hours to Vermont and stayed at our cousin's condo. Dress came out of my closet and I got some cute accessories from my neighbor - the shawl and fascinator in my hair matched a dress I bought in June for my college reunion! Ate well but not too crazy. Greek food in the morning, light appetizers and one plate of food for the wedding dinner. The couple spent their big budget on great food, my cousin (mother-of-the-groom) told us and they did a great job!

Home on Sunday and got some big trash put out and cleaned up inside. Still too much stuff.

Beautiful weather and a really great trip with my mom and family!

Feeling loved.

GOAL FOR THE MONTH: 1.5 POUNDS PER WEEK. BY STICKING TO 900-1100 CALORIES PER DAY. EXERCISE 6 DAYS A WEEK: DANCE X 2, WEIGHTLIFTING X 2, AND THEN WALKING 2 DAYS.

Have set the end goal for 10 more pounds by Christmas 2019, matching my mother who is also looking to lose weight.
