I was planning on getting up early and going to the gym. Then found out they would be closed all day :/. So I just didn’t go back for seconds and skipped the sandwich at dinner lol. Haven’t even had my planned snack yet.

Haha, my gym was closed too, went to our local jail for a workout. It's always open! lol

😂I didn’t know jails had gyms! Know firehouses do but didn’t think a jail would 🤔. Benefits of the job and knowing the cops? ‘Hey man I’m having lifting withdrawals. Can I come use your gym?’ 🙀😹

Inmates get looked after way to well.
I visit 3 prisons regularly and their working conditions are better then their civilian counterparts.

Inmates can't use the gym at the jail, but yeah, prisons are another story. I wouldn't work out with inmates. I'd get a plate upside the head. Lol!

One of the prisons I work at has a pallet factory. I still can't believe that the prison is allowed to give the inmates coil nail guns hahahaha. They shoot a 57mm nail(2.2 inches) through hardwood..

My workout partner was a deputy so we'd go together at first. Now I have the keypad entry code. 😊 I dunno if we are officially able but noone has stopped me including the Sheriff lol! I just act like I belong.
