I had a good vacation to Martha's Vineyard:
Wednesday: Noon on the Ferry with my birds on the boat. My brother played the king in Hamlet in the outdoor theater.
Thursday: Shopping for antiques, took Mom to my college Reunion BBQ lunch seeing as she and dad paid for me to go 40 years ago! My nephew is going off to college so we took my two youngest nephews to Thai food for dinner and Friday went to their theater camp performance.
We didn't walk or exercise much, the heat was in the 90's the first 3 days. Went to a couple of antique shops but we drove my new car.
Many of my cousins were there too, and we went out for a few dinners Friday, Saturday and Sunday. My mom was good - we got appetizers when we went out together and split the meals we got when we went out to dinners. All in all, I was very lazy but I did take the birds out in a cart and watched what I ate although there were a lot of margaritas involved in the 5 days away!
