Hi Buddies, Thank you for helping me get through last night. It was a close one, but I am proud that I reached out to everyone instead of binge eating. Today I was rewarded with a weight loss.
I have a buddy at work who wants to work out more so I offered to go with him to planet fitness after work! It will help both of us.
I am noticing my tastes are changing a little and I am very aware of sugar now. I have mini Kind bars that only have 3 grams of sugar but they taste so sweet to me. I use them as a candy bar but I think I am not going to buy them anymore after this box is done. I think I would be better off with some fruit.
Goals are ditch the kind bars, cook breakfast and use lean meats, cardio 3x per week. Have a great day everyone! ~Shelly
