Still struggling to get those 2.2 lbs off ..I have been doing my workouts, started walking ( knee is finally beginning to heal) and other than a free meal( 1 brat and peppers so not horrible) on Thursday ( along with a 1/2 glass of wine) I have been doing well. Went over my RDI yesterday but actually had a great macro day, with healthy foods.
I'm beginning to wonder if it's stress...lots of that lately.
60,0 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 10,3 kg.    Sisa: 0,1 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

Red porch, Thx for asking💜 My sister took my mom to Dr yesterday and her heart beat is down to 38 bpm. Dr said not much they can do at her age. He's af aid to give her blood thinners as she may get strike and my mom expressed to him she wants no treatment. 💜🙏

Stress can cause a lot of issues, and it sounds like you're going through a hard time. Grant yourself some grace ❤️

Danana, thank you 💜💜. Writingwyo, thank you. I am a bit frustrated because I have been prepping, logging, exercising etc and I seem to be stuck. I have been going over my RDI by about 50-100 calories ( with healthy foods) but my nutritionist wants me to up calories anyway. That's why I think it's stress. I'm still moving forward and I guess that's a good thing ...I weigh again on Weds.💜

Old girls, thank you.No real improvement but Dr did schedule her for a shot to help pain from arthritis. 💜
