I was weighing twice a week but I forgot to weigh last Wednesday so I'm going to try to weigh just once a week now. Let's see how I do!
59,5 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 10,8 kg.    Sisa: 0 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

I'm trying to see if I can make it a week without weighing...baby steps before I stop weighing altogether . I'm a few days in so far lol stupid scale is calling me to come step on it

Once a week has brought more clarity and happiness to my life. I honestly wish everyone could do it. We almost force ourselves into a complex by stressing over .3 gain, .2 gain... etc. I was letting it dictate what I would do on the weekend which is just crazy. I honestly think the only reason to check every day is if we feel guilty over something we've eaten. If we're doing what we're supposed to do each day and the majority of the week. Then we know the scale will follow along with everything else that comes with it. Just my opinion and I know some will hate it. Or have a reason why they track it every single day. To each their own. As long as it doesn't cause someone to be crazy🤪Do what makes you happy.

Obt, my nutritionist would like me to weigh once a month but that would be overwhelmingly stressful to me. I'll try once a week for now.💪 Joe, I agree with everything you said! I weigh and; f I gained I want to weigh everyday to see if I've dropped etc. To much!! I'd rather weigh once a week and do my measurements every 2 weeks. I do understand that others find it helpful to weigh more but I find it counterproductive and obsessive.👍

I would like to get to once a month may take me awhile to work up to that awesome me feel like I'm giving up control not knowing even though I wouldn't be making any hasty changes even if I did

Yeah I think that weighing daily can cause undue stress because there are so many things that can affect it. I know the only one that counts for me is when I weigh in for the trainer but again he is not concerned with 3# swings as long it is not trending that way consitently. I see people at the gym dreading their Friday weigh in's. Diana I bet you will acheive whatever you decide you want it to be!

Redpirch, I figured since I'm at the point where it's not really important for me to weigh more often I might as well go with it. Glad I'm not weighing tomorrow though, I had a bagel today. Had no idea how carb heavy they are. It was 60 carbs!! Yikes 🫢
