Today I've FINALLY dropped below 80kg. I'm now 79.8! Even though it's possible I'll go back above 80, this is a momentous occasion. Because for weeks-maybe even months-I've had this niggling doubt about never getting below 80 ever again. Not a rational thought, but there nonetheless becuase of my thyroid issues. Today, my goals seem a little more possible. Today I'm going to reward myself with a DIY mani/pedi and facial 🥳🤸♀️🧖♀️🙆♀️💅🏻💚
