I'm hoping it's just Thanksgiving fluff...I also have that pesky cold that's going around. No fever but I will feel ok one day and next day I'm down and out ..workouts have been soaratic this week..PS...I don't like weighing myself twice a week....

Be gentle with yourself when you're sick. Don't want to push it too much and extend the illness or even make it worse. Curious -- is 2x a week too many or too few for your comfort level?

Writing, 2xs a week is too little for my comfort but promised nutritionist I'd try it for a month as she felt I'm focusing (aka obsessing) on the scale number and losing focus on the end goal...

Navywifeski, thanks! My head feels like it's gonna explode and I have no energy. I just vacuumed my RV an I'm exhausted! Lol

Take it easy! That level of headache is awful! I’ve had burning neuropathy this year. Been fine for a month so was hopeful it was getting better. Last few days it’s back. Hard to just stop and not get things done, right?! Hope you are better quickly!:)

I hope you feel better soon. I would just weigh every day if I felt like you do about it. I often avoid the scale because I don't want to see holiday damage or the results of a bad week. But if it keeps you on track, just do it.
