Happy 😃 happy 😃 Wednesday…

Rain again today….

Plan to do resistance band workouts..not over doing it..back is lots better…so less resistance is helping ..but doing higher reps…but it’s a workout…plus still doing the counter pushups…whatever to keep the body moving…

I’m noticing that by weighing in everyday…I’m more focused and on track every day…it’s keeping me out of the room they call the country store..with all the potato chips..candy..food I don’t need…

Well…need to get with it…

LOL, (walking pin cushion). I think you are giving us all inspiration, the body will have it's problems, but you are keeping active and positive. Love the counter pushups.

Good morning! Rain here tonight. Cloudy all day but windows open so it’s ok. Glad your back is lots better. Sounds like you are enjoying the bands and countertop pushups. Nice! Walking pin cushion, not so much! Lol Glad you got your booster. Hope you won’t notice it too much with your other healing to deal with right now. Hope your checkup is great tomorrow! That country store would be tempting! Do they sell mochas?😂☕️ You don’t drink any coffee? Have a wonderful Wednesday!:)

Nice drop! I used to weigh every day. It helped me then. I am probably weighing 1 or 2 times a week now. Glad you are better!

Before when I owned a scale…I was weighing allthru the day….now some days I weigh at night..see where it’s at…and in my mind see where I want it to be the next morning…you do this long enough..you know your body..and as long as you stay consistent…just a matter of smiling the next day…for me..the resistance bands…keep me more consistent with doing workouts as well…cause they don’t take up a lot of room…

Got a call from doctors office while ago..biopsy’ taken last Friday while doing the one day surgery came back cancer free…a nsv….
