Moving along. A little temptation yesterday afternoon, but the Lord brought me through it. Encouraged by the pound lost this morning (after two days of only losing 1/2 pound). I've thanked everyone who has responded to my Journal entries (I hope), but I'd also like to thank the myriad of people who have "just" clicked the support button. That shows that you've actually read what I've written and that you're walking beside me in this Journey. Thank you!
