I decided to record my weight today because **only** gaining 2 pounds in nearly a month is still **positive progress**. Mentally I am feeling much better than I have since COVID started. I think 30 minutes a day with my Light Therapy lamp may have something to do with it... For my cardiovascular health, today I 🏃🏾♂️ run... 😎 Life is Good! Have a great day everyone!

@liv001 - With the lamp, I just put it on my desk and turn it on for at least 30 minutes each morning. It is *very* bright. However, I feel it really prevents depressive thoughts in the morning. Take Care!

I just bought and then returned a lamp. It was just so bright that I had headaches and eye strain. I was so hoping it would help me. I hate the dark and sad days of winter. I may try again another time. Considering all the is happening and the time of year, I think a 2 pound difference over a month is surely fine. I haven't stepped on a scale for a few days. I'm having a rough time with eating. I hope you have a great rest of the month filled with hope, running, and positive thoughts!

@melissatwa - I agree with you on the brightness. This is why I *only* do 30-60 minutes a day. It's not 'just a light' it is **BLASTING** you with light 🤣 If I did not get *significant* benefits from using it, I would have stopped.

I’m so happy to hear that you’re doing well. I heard great things about those lamps, they simulate natural light. And they automatically brighten up your mood. I’m not one for gadgets, but this one seems to be a cool one. Good job on the running
