I'm like a yo yo lately...
61,6 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 8,7 kg.    Sisa: 1,7 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

960 kkal Lemak: 35,07g | Prot: 76,42g | Karb: 94,65g.   Makan Pagi: Built Bar Cherry Barcia, Parmesan Cheese (Grated) , Fried Egg without Fat. Makan Siang: Perdue Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, Mixed Salad Greens, Salad Dressing, Genuine Steak House Brand Beef Ribeye Steak, Bean Soup (Home Recipe). Makan Malam: Salsa, Spanish Rice, Calavo Avocado, Perdue Grilled Chicken Breast Strips. Camilan/Lainnya: Carrots, Clementines , Apples . lagi...

Yo yos have a super long string, but if you wrap the string tighter, it can't go quite as far from your hand. We can have a shorter string now! We won't let it get too far out of hand. I'm not feeling stable at all right now. There are so many things going on and too many available treats just linger for when I feel weak. We will manage! Things will get more normal!

it seems like there are many of us going thru the same things....it will all be good! I know it is the time of year, the terrible things so many are going thru with the virus etc, God will see us thru! 🙏🙏🙏
