@christmas, my profile doesn't tell the whole story. When I joined FS I had already lost about 25+ lbs. So all together I have lost somewhere around 45-50 lbs. The way I did it was to get a nutritionist and she held me accountable to a low carb(100 grams/day) low fat(35-45 grams/day) and high protein (100 grams a day) I tried to eat at least 80% clean foods, no processed. At first I couldn't have fruits, except berries. Once I hit the maintenance phase I was able to have more fruits etc. It's a one day at a time thing and I wish you the best on your journey.💜

@christmas, I also started working out. At first I went 3xs a week but now I'm up to 6 days a week. I mostly do weights and for cardio I do treadmill, bike, or elliptical. That has helped me keep weight off.
