Back on track.
I needed a quick 3.5 mile walk immediately after dinner to help deplete some of the excess sodium I had yesterday. I was unaware deli meat had so much in there.
I had a very productive 4 day weekend with outdoor projects and now I am back behind a pc for the next 9.5 hours. Is it Friday already?
