Weight is maintaining. Today, I'm beginning a personal challenge. Jack Canfield, a motivational speaker whom I love, challenged me to set a goal for 30 days, and to do it EVERY day, without exception. I've chose two goals to begin with: (1) drink at least 48 oz of water daily, and (2) walk at least 1/2 mile a day, every day, rain or shine (I can walk inside if I have to). These goals work great, because they are already things I am SUPPOSED to be doing in the weekly challenges! So, for at least the next 30 days, I will be a water-drinker and a regular exerciser! Already have in 16 oz. of my water for today!
