I did not keep my carbs below 100 as I planned.
However, I did 🏃🏾‍♂️ run…

@rgaDawg - Yes! Plus, I enjoy it more than weight lifting. Weight lifting can do it faster but it-hurts (ouch!) Haha!

@jenjabba - Thasnk! You too! - - Yeah as I was eating that Haagen-Dazs Strawberry Ice Cream last night, I was like "Dude, this is gonna be too many carbs..." Haha!

Agreed. I think the order is Boxing, Lifting, Running, Cycling, Swimming .. as far as fuel burns. But, it also depends on how much of any of that you do. I burn about four times as much fuel (cals) on just one of my rides as anyone lifting weights does in 2 hours.

Running was the only exercise that could help me in weight lost so I am so for it!

@RgaDawg - Yeah the fact that I enjoy 1 hour plus runs and will do it 4-5 days a week is better than skipping the gym a lot 😜

@nikeit - Haha I may try a 5K some day... but a 'real marathon'... 26 miles? 🤣

.. Don't forget the 0.2. That's 26.2 miles, but you really don't know what's happening any longer after about mile 22, the wall. Marathon's take about 2 - 3 months training, to work up to mileage. And you can really tell those who have not taken the time to train at about 10 - 15 miles into it, they're plopped down on the curb, rubbing their feet, or the EMS is picking them up.
