So, this is going great. Dropped to 178.2, added extra protein, bounced to 184+, now back at 179.2 and much more defined.

I'm not trying to be biased (though I am). Pictures do not do it justice sometimes. His body at the gym this evening was like 😍😍😍😍🔥🔥😮. Ummm...are you sure you have to go to work early? 😉

I know that if I began to bulk and got to 189(+10 pounds), there wouldn't be much of a difference, I would just have a little less definition and would look overall less muscular even if in reality I was bigger.

Your ear buds make it seem like you are wearing a chain or something on your neck and it made me LOL to picture it- like a big, gaudy gold cross stuck between your pecs. More funny if you had a hairy chest. I'm way too amusing to myself before 6 a.m.
