Lill bit of water weight releasing 😄 I’m gonna skip the gym this morning but I will do abs. I’ve been neglecting them. I’m going to try to take a nap before work 😊 I’m really sleepy. I just don’t get enough sleep.

You're doing great! You know you're doing healthy things 👍🏾 But yeah, sleep is important to me too. Mostly for 'metal reasons' and 'interacting with others properly' 😉

I had a tough time sleeping a couple weeks ago. liv001 & tat..22 recommended taking my magnesium supp before bedtime. I've been sleeping 6-9 hrs a night. what a treat

Yes, sleep 💤 is the major piece of the puzzle in losing weight!!

I remember diablo saying a while back that he never works abs, if I’m correct? Do? Diablo? But he did say to do weighted sit ups etc. I’ve been adding it in. It is working!!!!!! I’m up to holding 25lbs. Idk how great it is but I feel it!!!!!! Ouch!! LOL

Also want to say today I had a nsv!! I could never do a sit up, even with my feet tucked under some edge. Well this morning, feet 🦶 on the ground. No tucking. And held the 25lb weight. I’m very proud of how far I’ve come!

Thanks guys 😘 I got about 30 minutes of sleep before my boss started txting 😒 but I stayed in bed for a couple of hours just resting. Much needed indeed. I don’t feel like my abs are getting worked enough so I usually do a 50 incline crunches and 100 alternating twist crunches twice a week. But haven’t been doing them that often since last month. Wifey that is seriously impressive! I don’t even do traditional sit ups 😅 they are hard 😜

Keto Bruce magnesium is fantastic especially while on keto. I’ve been out of the habit of taking it since eating carbs. I’ll start taking them again though. It may help me again.
