Chest striations are rippling like a wave at this point. Abs keep getting sharper. 3 donuts eaten. I guess donuts work for me like Quarter pounders work for DP. 😁

Diablo, everyone, including me, should have your workout ethic. I actually love to exercise and need to make it more of a priority as the rest of my life including work keeps getting in the way.

How do you manage to do it? Keep your workouts as a priority and still have a job and a family? I know you have Daividprincess to support you on your way but you have more to do than just work out. For me it's just me @ home but have a demanding job, animals and a home to take care of. Your input might help a lot of us.

I get super focused when I set my mind to get into shape. Sometimes too focused. Like last year I was training for a Tough Mudder but also lifting so I was working out 3 hours a day. I'm down to 1.5 now. DP is happier about that, lol. She does a lot to make it all possible. It also got a lot easier once my girls became self-sufficient. They can make their own meals and are old enough to stay home alone. That goes a long way.

I'm lifting every day but don't have the body to show for it yet. One day... LOL And I guess I'd be a bit concerned if my chest had striations rippling. Different body goals. :)

LOL wives are like that. I used to be one. Having kids older would help. Cool girls I have 3 course now the youngest is 40. I am looking for ways to get back to focus on exercise and still take care of other things in my life. I admire you and several others for your dedication to exercise.

Dang keyten. Lol. I'm an hour on the nose usually. This month has been trying. I can work out as soon as I wake up or right after work but I've had some longer work days that are putting me at the gym at 7 or 8 p.m. and it's a chore for me. That's made the workouts closer to forty minutes and disrupted my sleep. Definitely realized anything after 6:30 is not going to get my "all". 😢
