Thanks, love. You have to trust the numbers. I was stuck at 191 even, which was up from 190.4 for the last 3 days and didn't even want to update. Now 187.4. Calories were lower than normal so I'll probably even out to 188-189 especially after tonight haha. As long as the trend is down, I'll be fine.
