Soon, I know I gained on the ole waist so I will wait until I hit 190 again, lol.

It will be closer to where I measured before, just trying to undo some of the vacation weight and the weight I put on during my 3 month bulk. I'm pretty happy with the results.

I thought I was eating in maintenance but I guess 4k isn't maintenance. I was looking back at where my weight was holding steady while I made progress in how lean I was and I was closer to 3300-3500 calories. I've averaged 4k the last 2 months. I'm trying to get back down closer to 3k now.

Not really unless you think 10-11 hours is close enough to be called that. I wake up at 4pm and eat my first meal at 630pm. About 2 hours before I lift. Made some progress but then we went to father-in-laws, made some more progress but then Cinco de Mayo happened. Now it's Mother's day weekend. Hahaha, soon I will make some strides.

Yep, I sure would. I'd lose more inches on my chest and arms than my waistline though! lol
