Was on vacation and gained 3 lbs because I couldnt (?) control my eating. I wouldve gained more but I was still working out almost everyday. Back to clean eating. Going to fast tonight and tomorrow to clean out my system of all the bad toxins and then back to clean eating. Any suggestions to help me? Also what are your thoughts about fasting more than a day or so?
64,0 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 6,4 kg.    Sisa: 4,1 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
