I would have been just fine yesterday if (1) I hadn't woken up with my neck muscles as hard as rocks (which sent me straight to the fridge for a Diet Coke) and (2) if I hadn't laid in bed for THREE HOURS after taking my sleep meds! I finally just got up and watched part of a program with DH and took a STRONGER sleep med. BUT, during that middle-of-the-night time when I wasn't SUPPOSED to be up, I "wanted" something to eat, so I toasted a Keto roll, then covered with 1 tbsp. butter, 1 tbsp. crunchy peanut butter, and 2 tsp. strawberry jam.
