I gotta sleep sometime! May have to start waking up to eat some cold bedside pizza a couple times throughout bed time. I've been doing this so long I used to wake up and eat halfway through like the old magazines advised. Hahaha. Ugh

I set an alarm to consume a shake halfway through. :P The big bodybuilders did it man. It must work!

What the heck? fat loss...water....you just seem to keep building lean tissue so how do you lose anything these days? A 32 minute fast again? LOL

It would seem that I keep having success with my recomp. Losing fat gaining muscle. The body is deciding what it wants, I'm just along for the ride. 😂
