Day 3 of a planned 5 day ‘no solid food’ fast

Well at least I stopped gaining weight 👍🏾

I will stick to my usual plan. I hope to start exercising on Thursday when the rain stops…

@Becc@ - By day 3 I have usually dropped 2-3 pounds :) Not running definitely makes the difference. The good news is that there was a break in the rain and I did do a 5 mile run today...

Deedee, i suggest joining a group on facebook, google can answer a lot of your questions... And also, drink lots of water :)start with 16:8 and work your way to 18:6 or omad
