Whaaaaat?! This is unexpected. I seem to lose more weight when I consume fake sweeteners. I ate a lill bit of Hershey’s sugar free chocolate chips and an Atkins bar full of Maltitol. 🤷‍♀️ In other news, today is leg day. Not looking forward to doing squats 😪

😎 Congratulations! and... as a person who consumes massive amounts of Splenda every day... well all I can say is fake sweeteners never slowed my weight loss... or if they did, that is ok :) - - Love the squats! :)

Sounds like artificial sweeteners keep your eating in check! This is awesome. Me not so much. Gimmeeeee suuuugaaaarrr. Same with fruit but I said screw it. It’s FRUIT. Lol I just gotta be good on other foods n total kcals! You’re doing great. I want to go to gym, legs n booty especially. Buuutt. I’m sick n need to run if anything!!! Bun n thighs. Buns n thighs👍😁

it is odd how certain things will respond in different people. now does that cause you to eat less calories?? less snacking?? or does the chemicals do something to speed your metabolism. I think it is awesome

Maltitol cleans me out - if you get my drift ;) That might cause weight loss. I don't go with the artificial sweeteners except on rare occasion.

Thanks guys! I'm not sure is consuming the fake sweeteners and the weight loss are linked or just a coincidence. It doesn't make me go to the bathroom so that's not it LOL The squat routine the trainer had me do was down right torture!! Oddly enough, my ass doesn't hurt even a lill. My thighs (all the muscle in the front above my knee) are killing me!!!!!! Had to squat down low to put away some dishes and started to whimper :'( lol Can't believe it hurts so much. My legs are (were) the strongest part of my body. I will continue to do the routine at least 1 time a week. I can do it a home mid week and arm day I can do at the gym on saturday.

Thanks so much for all the suggestions! I will try in a couple of days. I’m in so much pain. All day agony! Can barely walk lololololol 😂😭😂😭
